At TheraPetMD, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward purchases. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed apparel.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the product is free of pet hair or debris.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
